What the checklist is written to protect
These are reference photographs of the rooms a Boss clean is booked around. They are not before-and-after pairs from a client file. The visit itself is documented on the work order, with the rooms and add-ons you approved.
Kitchens
Essential work covers counters, the sink, visible appliance exteriors, and the floor. A deep visit adds cabinet faces and the hood area. The inside of the oven and the refrigerator are add-ons.
Living rooms
Dust on reachable surfaces, then vacuum or mop for the floor you actually have. Deep visits add baseboards, door frames, and light fixtures within reach.
Bathrooms
Sinks, glass, fixtures, mirrors, toilets, and floors are on every bathroom visit. Grout is part of a deep clean. Tell us about stone or glass you want tested before a strong product is used.
Fixtures
Chrome and stone are called out before the visit when mineral spotting is heavy. The estimate should say so, instead of promising a showroom finish the condition will not allow.

Square feet, tier, and add-ons produce the estimate. The photographs stay here as the standard, not as a claim about a house we have not seen.
