Services with a written edge

Every visit starts from one of four tiers. The Signature Rule checklist is the essential scope. Deeper tiers add named tasks. Anything else is an add-on or a revised estimate.

Routine maintenance

Essential Boss Clean

$181 one-time, about 800 sq ft, before add-ons

The recurring reset for an occupied home or a straightforward commercial suite: high-touch sanitizing, dusting, fixtures, and floors.

Estimate Essential

Included

  • Kitchen counters, sink, and visible appliance exteriors. Cabinet fronts where the estimate includes them. The floor.
  • Bathroom sinks, fixtures, mirrors, showers, and tubs. Toilets, floors, and collected waste.
  • Dust on accessible surfaces and the touch points you listed. Vacuum or mop, matched to the floor.
  • Selected add-ons, then a walkthrough of the finished areas.

Deep Restoration Detail

$280 one-time, about 800 sq ft, before add-ons

Everything in Essential, plus the edges that a maintenance visit leaves for a longer day.

Estimate a deep clean

Also included

  • Grout scrub and a wash of baseboards.
  • Door frames and cabinet exteriors.
  • Light fixtures and vents within reach.
  • Interior window sills when they are on the estimate.

Oven and refrigerator interiors stay add-ons, even on a deep visit, so the price does not hide them.

Realtor ready

Move-In / Move-Out

$328 one-time, about 800 sq ft, before add-ons

A vacant property turnover. The crew works inside storage, not only the surfaces you see when the home is furnished.

Estimate a turnover

Also included

  • Inside cabinets, drawers, and closets.
  • A full sanitizing pass on the empty rooms.
  • Baseboards and the inside of the agreed fixtures.

Appliance interiors are the oven and refrigerator add-ons unless the estimate says otherwise.

Post-mitigation

Post-Restoration HEPA Clean

$408 one-time, about 800 sq ft, before add-ons

Fine drywall dust and residue detail after the restoration contractor releases the area in writing. This is a cleaning pass, not reconstruction and not environmental clearance testing.

Estimate a HEPA detail

How this visit is bounded

  • We start from the restoration contractor’s written handoff: rooms, surfaces, and hazards that remain.
  • The pass covers fine-dust wipe-down, return grilles, and photo notes for the work order.
  • Lead, asbestos, mold, sewage, and hazardous dust need their own scope before anyone accepts the job.
  • New dust from trades who return after the clean is a new estimate.

Offices and suites

Commercial cleaning

Offices use the same tiers and the same square-foot math as a starting price. The written scope names the suite, restrooms, kitchenette, and anything a vendor packet has to match.

Start a commercial estimate

A larger building may ask for certificates, a W-9, and a named payer before the first night. Send those requirements with the estimate and we answer against the actual contract, not a generic promise.

Add-ons

These are priced on their own so a deep clean does not quietly include an oven.

Add-onWhat it coversPrice
Oven interior deep scrubRacks and baked-on residue inside the oven.$45
Refrigerator interiorShelves and crisper drawers sanitized. Food stays your step before we arrive.$40

Frequency

The discount applies to the service and the add-ons on that visit. A one-time deep clean is often the first visit before a lighter rhythm.

Bedroom and bathroom counts are on the work order so the crew knows the layout. They do not add a separate surcharge. Square footage, tier, add-ons, and frequency do.

There is a $95 floor on a calculated visit. Ordinary stand-alone cleaning labor is generally not subject to Indiana sales tax.
