BOSS Cleaning LLC
Started by Daniel Trennepohl
Daniel Trennepohl, founder and logistics, started BOSS Cleaning LLC with Rachel Martin, founder and operations manager, so Greater Indianapolis could hire a cleaning company with a written scope, a checklist, and a price that shows its math. The company cleans homes, offices, and the final finish connected to a restoration project.
Daniel has more than eight years in property restoration, concentrated on large-loss structural fire and water. The file is more than 4,000 projects, from emergency mitigation through structural and contents cleaning.
Loss types carried
- Large-loss structural fire: smoke migration, acidic soot, and odor on structure and contents
- Cellulosic, wet-smoke, and protein residues, including corrosive soot on finishes and metals
- Contents manipulation, pack-out, cleaning, and pack-back after fire or water
- Category 1, Category 2, and Category 3 water: extraction, affected-material removal, and cleaning of the remaining structure
- Category 3 black-water mitigation, including sewage backup and contaminated porous materials
- Mold remediation under containment, with source removal and HEPA filtration
- Detailed structural cleaning of framing, cavities, and finishes after demolition
- Biohazard cleaning where blood and other potentially infectious material is present
- Trauma-scene and decomposition cleaning
- Carpet and cushion extraction or disposal where water has wicked into the pad
- Antimicrobial application to structural surfaces after drying
- Hoarding and heavy-soil cleanouts where both contents and structure are affected
Specialty losses are scoped and priced in writing before dispatch. Bookable work on this site is the residential, commercial, and post-restoration cleaning on the Services page.
Founder / Operations
Rachel Martin
Rachel Martin, founder and operations manager, has ten years across a wide range of cleaning services. Her specialty is white-glove residential work: occupied homes where the finish is judged at close range.
Complex scopes are the work she takes first. She reads rooms, surfaces, exclusions, and add-ons quickly, and she separates what is already on the written list from what has to be confirmed before a crew is dispatched. The visit is planned from that reading. It is not invented on site.
The other half of that expertise is product, tool, and process. She specifies the chemistry for stone, sealed wood, metal, textile, glass, and sanitary ware, and the tool and method that belong with it. One product is not carried through every room. That command of product, tool, and process is what has carried her through those ten years.
Rachel is also an expert florist. She designs and installs large-scale arrangements and arrays for weddings, banquets, and events.
What this company does
Residential cleaning. Commercial cleaning. And the cleaning pass after a restoration contractor releases an area in writing.
Reconstruction, demolition, and clearance testing stay with the contractor who owns that scope. A second round of dust from trades who come back is a new estimate.
The Sparkle Guarantee
If a task on the agreed checklist is missed, BOSS Cleaning returns and completes that task. Work that was never on the estimate is quoted again. The guarantee is the list you approved, kept completely.
How the paperwork looks
Estimates and, after a visit, invoices follow Signature Rule: the horizontal logo, one purple line, and a plain reading order. The set is a client letter, a service estimate, an invoice, and a cleaning checklist. This site prepares the estimate. The invoice follows the finished visit.
The mark
The silhouette, the purple swoosh, and the sparkle are the lockup used on estimates and on the van of the brand film.
Indiana, in plain language
Ordinary stand-alone cleaning labor is generally not subject to Indiana sales tax. The company pays tax on supplies it consumes. A product sale or a rental, if one ever appears on an invoice, is reviewed on its own line.
Service area: Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville, Meridian-Kessler, Geist, and the rest of Greater Indianapolis.
